2. Select how long of an appointment you would like. (Prices are before HST)
3. Select day/time
4. *NEW* login or create an account with your name, email and a password. This will allow you to view all upcoming appointments. It will also allow me to send you an online health history to fill out to save time before your appointment and reminder emails the day before!

- There will be no charge for cancelled appointments, Provided 24 Hours notice is given (You may call, email or text me -- 519.771.4668 or [email protected])
- A 50% treatment charge will apply to all late cancellations
- A FULL treatment charge will apply to all NO SHOWS
