Let me provide you with the knowledge you need to make confident,
educated choices about the birth of your child.

The intensive format allows you to conveniently complete the class in one weekend day or multiple evening classes. There is also a 2 hour evening session for those looking for a refresher or panic course. All sessions are completed in the comfort of your own home.

Classes cover: 

1. Labour & Delivery Overview
2. Breathing, Relaxation and Comfort Measures
3. Medical Interventions
4. Breastfeeding
5. Post-Partum Issues

Option A -- $150.00 (An additional fee may apply for out of city residents)

One Day Private Class in your home
Approx. 4 Hours of your time.
Saturday or Sunday Class
Covers all topics in depth
Unlimited Email and Phone contact, incase you have questions later!
Usually completed between 26-34 weeks

2 Private Classes in your home
Weekday Evenings
2 x 2 hour Sessions
